This workshop is designed for coffee enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of pour over brewing methods and the science behind a great cup.
We’ll explore key concepts in extraction theory and teach you how to fine-tune brewing variables like grind size, water temperature, and pour technique.
Expect guided tastings and the opportunity for hands-on brewing practice (optional).
Recommended for participants with some prior coffee knowledge or home brewing experience, but open to all!
