Session 2 : The Shift Thursday June 11 — 3pm PST
The practice of moving consciously from one frequency to another. Not waiting for the shift to happen, learning to initiate it. This session is the most practical of the four. Specific, embodied, repeatable. You leave with a prompt that makes the shift visible rather than just felt.
Session 3 : The Opening Tuesday June 16 — 3pm PST
This is the heart of the arc. The session that opens the channel and sends you into your own creative work from the ground the first two sessions have been preparing. No concept first. No planning. Session 4 : The Keeping Thursday June 18 — 3pm PST
Integration of what was learned. How do you return when conditions are actively working against you? When the deadline is real and the nervous system is already running hot and the performing self is loudest? This session gives you the specific practice for the return under any conditions. The remembering becomes a reliable tool rather than a lucky experience.
