Skip the line at local restaurants and dine with us! Enjoy a relaxing private dinner this Valentine’s Day! Our Couples Tables for 2 offer an intimate dining experience for you and your boo complete with wine service. Our separate singles lounge allows singles to dine, mix, and mingle. This event will feature the sexy sounds of Omar Wilson and saxophonist, Frederick Williams as well as door prizes.  
Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm
Dinner starts promptly at 7 pm (based on your reservation time)

Culinary delights prepared by Chef Michael Daniels and include one selection from the following menu per person:

Grilled Salmon
Fresh Atlantic Salmon marinated in a bourbon marinade, cooked on a flat top grill. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic parmesan broccoli.

Grilled Ribeye & Shrimp 
Tender hand cut ribeye steak seasoned and cooked on a flat top grill. Served with colossal shrimp grilled over and
open flame. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic parmesan broccoli.

Prime Rib Dinner
Herbed season ribeye loin, slow cooked and served with an Au Jus gravy. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and
garlic parmesan broccoli.

Grilled Lambchops
New Zealand lambchops, marinated in fresh garlic, onion, and herbs. Grilled over an open flame and basted with a
honey garlic sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic parmesan broccoli.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken 
Marinated chicken breast grilled then topped with a creamy parmesan ranch sauce, mozzarella cheese and a garlic
parmesan bread crumb. Toasted in the oven until golden brown. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic
parmesan broccoli.

Other side options: Seasoned Rice, Grilled Asparagus
