The award-winning IGNITE Broward festival of art and technology is returning February 14 – 23, 2025, bigger and better than ever!

Experience the most exciting immersive light and sound-based art created by top national and international artists and designers from all over the world at this family-friendly festival where admission is free.

Times: Open every day from Noon – 10 PM
Mad Arts (481 S Federal Highway) will feature spectacular indoor and outdoor, digital, light-based art sculptures. Artworks by Limbic Cinema, Wobbly Labs, Rossana Kalis, Peter Burr, and more.

Free Shuttle Service:
The City of Dania Beach is providing free shuttle servicefor all three locations from 6-10 PM Daily.
Route 1: Fort Lauderdale Route: Connects Riverwalk to Mad Arts in Dania Beach, with pick up/drop off on south Moffat Ave (next to History Fort Lauderdale, south of the train tracks) and the north side of Mad Arts building.
Route 2: Dania Beach/Hollywood Route: Connects Mad Arts, Dania Beach City Hall Parking Garage, and ArtsPark at Young Circle, with Hollywood pick up/drop off on east side of Young Circle behind the Amphitheater.
Don’t forget to visit IGNITE Broward in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Downtown Hollywood.

We are a creative hub that stimulates the senses and engages the mind. A celebration of the limitless imagination that resides within us all.

Mad Arts showcases artists, designers, and creatives whose work disrupts, provokes, and transforms what art and technology can achieve, seeking to close the gap between the artist and viewer to expand digital horizons. 

This year, Mad Arts is ready for a new level of experiential artwork driven by emerging technologies. The opening of the new permanent home in Dania Beach marks a watershed moment for South Florida in a 50,000 sq ft building dedicated to showcasing and exploring immersive art, digital technologies, and outdoor activations. Boasting an outdoor garden and more than triple the current gallery space, the expansion enables Mad Arts to present an ambitious tech-driven program.  

The opening will have more than twenty exhibitions from a diverse range of artistic voices and perspectives across the arts and technology sectors on a local, national, and international level.
