Step into a beautifully cozy space creating the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation. This breathwork and sound bath experience is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Breathwork

Before we dive into the sound bath, we’ll start with a gentle 15-minute breathwork session to help you drop in. This simple yet powerful three-part breathing method (two inhales, one exhale) helps oxygenate your body, clear out stagnant energy, and release anything you’ve been holding onto. It’s an easy way to shake off stress, reset your nervous system, and find a sense of calm before the sound journey begins.

Sound Bath

Then, get ready to be transported into an oasis of sound. Lisa, an experienced and deeply trained sound practitioner, will guide you through an hour-long sound bath featuring 12 beautiful instruments, including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, wave drums, and handpan. These soothing vibrations will melt away tension, quiet your mind, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself. It’s like a mini-vacation for your body and soul.

We’ll provide mats, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like a little extra comfort. Can’t wait to see you there!
