  Gratitude and Manifestation for 2025: Transformational Breath and Sound Experience

Join Vera, a professional vocalist and certified sound meditation designer, alongside Sepi, a certified somatic breathwork practitioner and member of the Global Wellness Institute’s Breath Initiative.

This session will help regulate your nervous system and deepen your self-connection, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and clearer about your goals for the upcoming year.  Enjoy grounding meditation, active breathwork, and soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, ocean drum, beautiful angelic vocals and other instruments.
