Classes are certified gluten-free and health-focused.

Fun is always had by all! The Jr Chefs really enjoy leaving with something they made with their own 2 hands and often find new favorite foods they have never tried before. Classes continue monthly with themes and activities in time with the season and are for the age range of 6-14 for all classes. Our new Teen class 13-18 years old will focus on more complicated recipes and cooking techniques, plating and knife skills.

Our kiddos classes are held at Sugar Mommy’s just up the road from Sanctuary Holistic kitchen. Parking is very limited, so drop off and pick up happen quickly.
