This is a 3-day, in-person training class at our Kansas City offices that will train attendees on our ICX-AlphaCom platform.

This in-person training course covers everything from setting up your intercom system to programming procedures. Individuals need to be a member of Zenitel’s Channel Partner Program in order to participate. Participants are also encouraged to take Zenitel’s on-demand SIP and IC-Edge technical trainings before they travel to Kansas City for this class.

A personal laptop is needed in order to be certified in this class.

Lunch will be provided each day. Dinner, hotel, and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.

On-demand trainings

Zenitel offers On-demand, recorded versions of our live virtual classroom trainings. These recording also have some quiz questions for interactivity. Participants will be awarded a certificate when all lessons are completed/passed.
