Please note: Until September 1, 2024, We are only accepting registrations for high school bands wishing to participate in the Essential Ellington Regional Festival on Wednesday, February 5. We will open all other registrations and ticket sales on September 1.

The Casper College Kinser Jazz Festival provides jazz education and performance opportunities for ensembles from across Wyoming.

For 57 years, the Casper College Kinser Jazz Festival has provided jazz education and performance opportunities to junior high, high school, and collegiate instrumental and vocal ensembles across the Rocky Mountain region. The 2024 Kinser Jazz Festival runs February 3rd-5th in the Music Building on the Casper College Campus.

The festival’s headliner concert will feature the 67th Army Band’s Frontier Brass as the opening act for the Steven Feifke Big Band , on Tuesday, February 4th at 7 pm at the John F. Welsh Auditorium at Natrona County High School.
