Join us Sunday, February 2nd at 5:30 PM for our annual Winter Whisky Dinner – an evening of incredible food and specially selected whisky pairings at Skyline Beer Co.!

Indulge in a curated menu featuring seasonal dishes that perfectly complement a selection of premium whiskies. Our friend and “The Whiskey Pirate” Jay Cole will walk us through the dinner and explain the flavors, history, and more about each whisky.

First course: arugula and frisée salad with orange segments, smoked gouda, candied nuts and whiskey vinaigrette.

Second course: a traditional cassoulet; white bean stew with chicken and sausage.

Third course: whiskey brown sugar glazed salmon, rice pilaf, candied whiskey glazed carrots.

Fourth course: sticky toffee pudding; date cake, warm toffee sauce, and vanilla ice cream.
