Join us for a fun and interactive focaccia bread-making workshop where creativity meets deliciousness!

Students will learn how to make homemade focaccia bread and create their own masterpieces with a variety of toppings such as herbs, vegetables, seeds, and more. Each student will prepare a batch of focaccia dough to take home and bake, while also designing a chef-prepared focaccia flatbread to bake and enjoy during the class. During breaks, students can relax, socialize, and snack on a chef-prepared charcuterie platter.

Details:

  • Youth, ages 8-17 are always welcome to purchase a seat in classes, but must attend with a paid accompanying adult.
  • Expect that you may be working alongside a partner. If you do not attend with a friend, you may be working with someone you hadn’t met before the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, clean clothing and closed-toe shoes, with the option to roll up your sleeves and tie back your hair.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in.
