Come celebrate the 117th Founders’ Day with us as we honor Black girls who rock and showcase exemplary service in our community!

Join us as we celebrate exemplary Black women, past and present, on February 1, 2025! This is an event you do not want to miss. Black Girls Rock in Exemplary Service is centered on honoring our illustrious founders and women from our community doing impactful and irreplaceable work.

During this wonderful event, we will honor the following women:

  • Queens Village – Legacy of Excellence Award
  • Angela Lucas – Shot Caller Award
  • Grace Community Center – Trailblazer Award
  • Anita Madison – Social Humanitarian Award
  • Mariah Maddox – Young Gifted and Black Award
  • Kwinlyn Tyler – Community Change Agent Award
  • Olivia Holden – Icon Award
  • Mary Dawson – Sisterhood Award
