Zero added oil ( please be certain there’s no added oil in the food dish you bring )

It’s a food standard that can, in good conscience, be called healthy and will not cause intentional harm to your body… the way all food should be!

To participate in the pot luck each attendee should please bring a HVF compliant dish to share among approx 4 to 6 people. You can either make one or buy one. We have LOTS of recipe ideas here on our non-profit site: https://aplantbaseddiet.org/healthy-recipes/ Just please be certain the Healthy Vegan Food requirements are met + bring a written / printed list of ingredients to display alongside of your dish ( if prepared food ) + a utensil for serving your dish. Cut raw whole fresh fruit and / or veggies are very much welcome as a dish! ??????

Please also BYO plate, personal eating utensils and napkins ( reusable and compostable are preferred ).

Please also bring serving utensils so that your dish can be shared with others.

For drinks please BYO water.

* This will be an entirely indoor event in a private room in the Town Center *
