First, we’ll teach you how to create delicate Chocolate Éclairs, filled with rich, silky vanilla cream and topped with a glossy chocolate glaze that’s pure perfection. Next, you’ll whip up fluffy Cream Puffs, light as air and bursting with delicious filling. Finally, you’ll tackle the savory side with Gruyère Gougères, golden, cheesy puffs that are perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re a pastry novice or a pro, this class will help you create the iconic, irresistible French treats that will have you feeling like a pâtissier in no time.
