Total body, cheer-inspired strength and sculpt group fitness class! Full body workout designed to improve balance, strengthen, and define.

Kick off the NEW YEAR with our January pop up workout event hosted by the SQUAD (@thesquad_co)! This total body – cheer inspired workout on Wednesday, January 29th at 9:30am will leave you feeling energized, motivated, and oh so strong!

9:15 – Arrival, set up (we reccomend getting there early for parking, etc..)

9:30-10:15- Workout time!

10:15-10:30 – Cool down, hang out, meet a new friend, and enjoy refreshments from our sponsors
