We recently completed our Cuisines of the World series, having traveled to countries of the world, A to Z, with each month dedicated to countries starting with the same letter. Now were going to distill things even further, visiting a particular country each month, and well start off with our southern neighbor, hopefully featuring dishes that we rarely see in Mexican restaurants locally. So come cook, eat, and travel virtually with us!
