We’re bringing you a spectacular series of wine events featuring the award-winning wines of Barton Springs Winery and Fess Parker Winery. This is your chance to indulge in extraordinary wines, mouthwatering food, and fascinating stories from the experts themselves.

Monday, January 27th – Wine Dinner at Barton Springs

Greeter Wine (6:30 PM): Sip on a refreshing Grenache Rosé as we welcome you to the evening.
1st Course (7:00 PM): A perfect pairing with the crisp Epiphany Grenache Blanc. Scallop crudo citrus sauce, red onion, cucumber, guava, cilantro oil
2nd Course: Delight in the Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir—an exquisite balance of bold flavors. Braised Rabbit Pot Pie
3rd Course: Savor the rich, full-bodied Fess Parker “The Big Easy” for a memorable finish. Pork Riblets, pomegranate glaze with a parsnip & Potatoe Puree
4th Course (Dessert): A sweet finale with Fess Parker Riesling—the ideal companion to a decadent dessert. Watermelon Pudding, whipping cream and Toasted pistachios
