This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you center your intentions and manifest your vision for the New Year. Led by Kendra Brody (@keniib) and Sarah Mead (@mysticsurfmama), the experience includes:

????? Gentle Yoga Class (1 hour)

Begin with a calming, all-levels yoga session to ground yourself and connect with your aspirations. Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and prepare your mind and body for focused creativity.

?? Vision Board Activity (1 hour)

After yoga, channel your clarity into a hands-on vision board workshop. Using provided materials, you’ll create a personalized visual representation of your dreams and goals for the year ahead.

  • Yoga/Pilates Teacher Discount: $30 per teacher
