Want to sharpen your creative thinking, learn to express yourself more clearly and quickly, and have more fun interacting with others? Learn to think like an improviser!

Improv veteran and facilitator Bridget Quigg will lead two impactful hours teaching us the basic mindsets of improvisational theater performance, without an actual performance! In this highly-interactive session you will learn three main principles of improv through structured, entertaining, everyone-wins games. And, we’ll discuss how an improviser’s mindset can benefit our relationship with our careers, families, friends, and ourselves.

Shake up your Sunday with this unique and rewarding experience. Introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts are all welcome, and no prior improv experience is required.
