Anchor in and align with what matters most this new year!

Join mental health therapist Miriam Turner and wellness educator Jenny Mayo for “Re-Rooting in Self” on Sunday, January 26, 1-3 p.m. at Be Hive Wellness in Vienna.

During this afternoon gathering, we’ll re-identify our core values, explore how we can better align our lives with them, set intentions for the year to come, and create a visual representation (think mini vision boards!). Our practices will include journaling, discussion and optional sharing, and our open-ended, low-pressure collage project. Supplies provided!

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

As a mental health therapist, Miriam Turner (LPC), provides therapy for individuals and couples seeking support with trauma, loss, relationship issues and life transitions. She holds a special passion for women’s health and wellness, particularly assisting clients on the journey to parenthood and beyond, including infertility struggles, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and parent coaching. 

A full-time self-care champion and wellness educator, Jenny Mayo (RYT-200) shares practices she wishes she’d had sooner – tools like restorative yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, joyful dance and mindful art, which have helped her find a firm, bright foundation again after decades of chronic stress. Her goals are always to help students care more tenderly for and build better awareness of self, and reconnect with the calm and joy within.
