In this class, well journey through the world of matchafrom its rich history and cultivation to the production process and its many health benefits. Youll learn how to choose high-quality matcha, the best storage practices, and how to care for essential matcha utensils.

Youll have the chance to whisk and savor your own bowl of matcha, paired with a Japanese dry sweet. Whether for daily enjoyment or a special ritual, this workshop provides a warm introduction to the elegance and depth of matcha. Keep Whisking!

About the instructors: EunYoung Sebazco, co-creator Kinka, her long journey to practices the tea ceremony, and expresses all her creativity through Japanese-inspired ceramics, floral art, landscape design, and culinary arts.
