Join us for a special coffee collaboration class with Chloe Caruso-Sosa, Head Roaster at Stacks Espresso Bar in Albany. Chloe will walk you through how professional roasters smell, taste, and classify various types of coffee. So much attention goes into identifying those “Tasting Notes” you see on coffee bags and now you can dive further into the tasting process. We are also featuring Stacks as our Light Roast option of the month.
