Hey foodies! Join us for a hands-on Food Preservation Workshop where we’ll introduce you to the use of Mylar Bags with oxygen absorbers. This method is perdect for preserving dry goods like grains, beans and pasta. We’ll demonstrate how to safely pack food in mylar bags to crean an oxygen-free environemnt, ideal for keeping food fresh to extended periods. We will also be guiding you through the basics of water canning and pressure canning, covering everything from selecting produce to the sealing process. This method is ideal for preserving fruit, jams, and certain vegetables, meat and other itmes, allowing you to enjoy your havest long after the season has ended.
