An exclusive opportunity to taste our unique Cave Aged cheeses, sip wine, and learn about the centuries-old art of aging cheese.

Spend a delicious wine and cheese-filled hour in this class focused on Murray’s unique Cave Aged cheeses. Since 2004, our caves have served as a space for cheese artistry and imagination, as we age one-of-a-kind wheels right here in New York City. You’ll get a guided tasting of three Cave Aged cheeses representing a range of styles as you sip wine and learn about pairing principles. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste exclusive products and learn about affinage—the centuries-old art of aging cheese.

  • Format: guided tasting with a Murray’s expert in our classroom 
  • Includes: 3 Murray’s Cave Aged cheeses, signature accompaniments 
  • Beverages: 3 wines 

Additional Information

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
