Sound Bath hosted by guest facilitator Scott Owings

Join us as Scott Owings offers a sound-bath experience designed to soothe, calm, and regulate the mind, body, and spirit using a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Comfortable clothes are recommended. Yoga mats, cusions and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring blankets, pillows, and comfort items if they’d like.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this program is provided free of charge. A suggested $5.00 donation per participant is appreciated.
