Welcome to the Redmond Cookbook Club! Once a month we cook a cookbook together, potluck-style. This month’s book is an exploration of Chinese & Thai classics!

Tuesday, Jan. 21st is our monthly dinner party. We each cook a recipe we’ve chosen from the book and bring it to share (don’t forget serving utensils!).

How to choose a recipe? Join us at the planning happy hour for first pick (always the Tuesday prior from 4:30-6p), or after that has passed, choose one from our handy-dandy Google Sheet (instructions will be emailed to you the day after the Happy Hour).
