Move with purpose, set your vision, and manifest your year through yoga and mindful journaling. Come join us for a beautiful morning!

Join us on January 19th from 11 AM to 1 PM for an inspiring and energizing event to kick off 2025! We’ll begin with a dynamic vinyasa yoga flow, setting our intentions and vision for the new year. Following the flow, we will enjoy a guided journaling session led by Makayla Morman from the To Be Known Podcast.

11:00AM-12:00PM Vinyasa Yoga Flow (guided by Cella Hussussian)

12:00PM-1:00PM Journaling, live music and food+bev (hosted by Makayla Mormon)

The event will feature live music from a DJ and refreshments, including coffee, drinks, and light bites, provided by The Oasis. Bring your own journal (BYOJ) if you’d like, but don’t worry—journaling supplies will be available on-site.
