Join us for an afternoon of collaging, open mic, and totebag making!

New Year, Same Me

Come join us at The Gratitude Practice for a special event to kick off the new year! Let’s embrace who we are and celebrate our uniqueness together.

Collaging, refreshments, and open mic are free. Totebag making is $15. The $15 includes your totebag, patch, pins, access to iron on decor and fabric pens. They will also include an exclusive body kind sticker.

The open mic is an opportunity to share stories, poems, songs, etc about your relationship with your body and body acceptance.

There will also be a raffle for exclusive Very Good Shop items and a Body Kind sticker and resin statue.

Body Kind IF is an Idaho Falls community group dedicated to weight neutrality and body acceptance. We believe that all bodies are good bodies and that all colors, sizes, abilities, genders, and gender expressions matter and should be celebrated.
