A?bout the Coach

T?ony Bonvechio is the owner and head coach of Bonvec Strength, greater Worcester’s premiere strength training facility. With 13 years of powerlifting experience, Tony has achieved elite status in the 90kg class and Master’s status in the 100kg class. As a coach, Tony has helped hundreds of lifters succeed on and off the powerlifting platform, including multiple national record holders. Tony earned his Master’s degree in exercise science from Adelphi University in 2013.
