Anahita Anais is a masterful Nervous System Coach and Trauma-Informed Psychedelic Facilitator, guiding leaders and couples to heal their nervous systems for lasting vitality and fulfillment. She is also the Founder and Chief Editor at MicrodoseGuru.com. Her signature process, Harmonious Hearts, empowers couples to develop relational mastery, alchemize triggers to medicines, and cultivate soul-nourishing love. Her approach targets trauma, restores harmony, and equips individuals with effective skills for nervous system health in service to their longevity, liberation, and fulfillment. Anahita’s unique approach to couples work is rooted in her 15+ years of experience as a psychedelic facilitator and student, her training in various somatic trauma therapy modalities, and her lifelong studies of mystical traditions and music.
