Gyu-Masu Steak & Seafood, located at Embassy Suites in Kapolei, has teamed up with Aloun Farms to present an extraordinary dining experience: Umami Wagyu by Toriyama – From Farm to Table. This exclusive event will showcase the finest Japan Wagyu beef, paired with premium Japan-made soy sauce and sake, along with fresh, local produce sourced from Aloun Farms.

This exceptional culinary journey will take place over two nights, offering different 8-course menus each evening. Japan-based chefs will guide you through each course, providing insights into the preparation, flavors, and unique qualities of Toriyama Umami Wagyu.

6:00 p.m.: Event Registration and Check-in
6:45 p.m.: Meet the Japan Wagyu Chefs
7:30 p.m.: 8-Course Dinner Service Begins (Each course presented by the chefs)

Location: Gyu-Masu Steak & Seafood, Embassy Suites by Hilton Kapolei. Parking is available on-site.

Ticket Price: $150 per person (plus taxes and fees). Tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance.
