Description

Grab a partner for a night out in our kitchen! Working with a small team, you’ll create a classic salad; a pan-fried steak; a pan sauce; two veggies; and a rich chocolate pudding. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of French wine with the meal.

Menu

  • Salad of Frisee, Bacon Lardons & Poached Egg 

  • Steak au Poivre (Pan-fried Steak with Peppercorn Sauce)

  • Pommes Anna (Baked, Thinly Sliced, Layers of Potatoes) 

  • Haricots Vert (French Green Beans)

  • Chocolate Pots de Creme (Baked Chocolate Pudding)

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
