Oscar Rossignoli performs solo piano in the next installment of Studio Saint Philip’s “Alone” series.

When pianist Oscar Rossignoli performed with his trio at Studio Saint Philip for the first time in September, he developed a great fondness for the venue’s 1949 Steinway and began developing a program with the idea of doing a live recording. So the audience on January 17 will be the first to hear this potential new album. If you haven’t been to a program at Treme’s pocket-sized concert hall, come see why its devotees keep returning.
