The cold of winter is here. Cozy up with a five-course dinner by Chef’s Table, and curated wine pairings by MySOMM.

“All Reds” Wine Dinner

This month we’re featuring all red wines – all from Italy, and all DOC or DOCG quality levels. The wine selections include an illustrious Amarone from the Veneto made with the traditional appassimento technique of drying grapes.

Event takes place in the Banquet Room at Local Roots and it has its own entrance to the far left of the main entrance. (There is no access to the Banquet Room through the main restaurant.)

First: Wedding Soup

Tender Meatballs + Roasted Vegetables + Pasta Pearls

paired with Musella Valpolicella Superiore DOC

Second: Mushroom Ragu

Caramelized Tomato + Trumpet Mushroom + Creamy Polenta

paired with Colognole Chianti Rufina DOCG Reserva

Third: Short Rib “Big Mac”

Braised Cabbage + Crispy Potato + Pickle Aioli + Cheddar Biscuit

paired with Buonamico “Etichetta Blu” Montecarlo DOC

Fourth: Stuffed Quail

Delicata Squash + Truffle Cream Sauce

paired with Musella Amarone DOCG

Fifth: Warm Berry Crisp
