Our Blissed Out Art workshop is a family-friendly art experience where creativity meets mindfulness to position the new year!

We will kick off the session by setting a mantra for the day, followed by a soothing guided meditation and breathwork to set the tone. You will have time to reflect on the mantra and gather inspiration before diving into your art-making journey.
