RENEWAL CLASS
Site Safety Training (SST) Card in Brooklyn
The SST card expires every 5 years. To renew, you must attend 8 hours of training and apply to renew your card BEFORE the 5-year expiration date. If you fail to do so before your card’s expiration date, you lose the ability to renew your card and must attend all 40 hours of training again to earn a new SST card.
For the 8 hours of training to count toward your renewal, they must be attended within one year of when you apply to renew your card. If any of the training is more than one year old when you apply to renew your card, that training is not eligible to count toward your reneal hours.

Day 1: THURSDAY, December 7
2-hour ‘Tool Box’ Talks and 2-hour Pre-Task Meetings
4:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Day 2: THURSDAY, December 21
4-hour Fall Prevention
4:00 PM – 8:15 PM
 
Card application and processing fees
  
SST Card: $59 if all 8 training hours taken with NYST, $79 if not all 8 class hours taken with NYST

(after completing your 8 hours of class, you may choose to wait until closer to your SST card expiration date to apply for your renewal card.)

New York Safety and Training is a DOB authorized traning provider of SST classes and is authorized to teach SST classes and issue SST cards.
