Town Point Garage: Located at the corner of Waterside Drive and Main St, this parking facility provides easy access to our boarding area.

110 W Main St: You can find parking at this location, which offers proximity to our boarding point.

Waterside District parking garage: Adjacent to Waterside District, at the intersection of Waterside Dr and Atlantic Ave, you’ll find a parking garage that provides convenient access to our boarding area. Look for it at 801 Waterside Dr.

Boush Street Garage, Main Street Garage, MacArthur Center, and other downtown parking garages and street parking options are available as well. These additional parking facilities offer various locations to choose from, ensuring you find a suitable spot near our boarding point.

We recommend planning your parking in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please note that availability may vary, so we encourage you to check for any updates or alternative parking options closer to your planned date of arrival.

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and there shall be no refunds provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event dissatisfaction. The Promoter has a strict no refund policy with no exceptions.

Legal Action and Collections: In the event that a Customer seeks a refund or disputes a charge related to the purchased tickets, the Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to enforce this Agreement. Such legal action may include, but is not limited to, reporting the Customer to collections agencies to recover any outstanding amounts owed.

Cancellation and Refunds: In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the Promoter, all ticket holders will be entitled to a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment source used by the Customer for the ticket purchase. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to communicate the cancellation and refund process to affected ticket holders promptly.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets purchased for the Event are non-transferable, and any unauthorized transfer or resale of tickets may result in the cancellation of the tickets without refund. The Promoter reserves the right to request identification at the event to ensure the validity of ticket ownership.

Force Majeure: The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or governmental actions.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By purchasing tickets for the Event, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Customer further acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their purchase decision and that they will not be entitled to a refund in any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in Clause 3.
