Flow through a session of self-discovery, emotional release, and a soothing sound bath to amplify your intentions to feel empowered and fully aligned with your authentic self.
What to Expect:

Intention Setting: Begin with light breathwork and a guided intention-setting exercises. Reflect on the year past, identify what you’re ready to release, and set meaningful intentions for the journey ahead. Through journaling and mindful reflection, you’ll gain insight into the intentions you wish to carry forward into the New Year, creating a foundation for a purposeful and fulfilling journey that aligns with your highest aspirations.
Gentle Yoga: Shift your energy, open your heart, and release stagnant emotions by deeply connecting with your breath and body with curated postures. Let go of anything that doesn’t serve you as you transition into the New Year.
Free Flow Dance: Step into a 528Hz, high-energy, liberating movement session designed to help you shake off the past year’s stresses. Move freely, expressively, and intuitively to release stagnant energy and embrace a state of joy and freedom. 528 Hz is the frequency associated with transformation, DNA repair, unconditional love, miracles and total healing.
Sound Bath: Settle into stillness as you immerse yourself into the deeply restorative vibrations of the crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The sound waves will guide you into a meditative state, allowing your intentions to embed deeply within your subconscious. This closing ritual provides gentle healing and a sense of calm, grounding, and readiness to welcome the New Year.
