New Years Eve Hot Flow & Soundbath

This is a 90-minute candlelight, hot vinyasa flow class led by Kathleen & Veronica.

Move through a heated Vinyasa Flow practice followed by deeply relaxing and restorative yin stretches. Enjoy the sounds of the crystal bowls, swinging chimes, and more as they provide the live soundtrack to your movement and connection to breath. We will finish with a guided meditation to set the energy for the New Year.
