• Event Info: The event starts at 8:00 p.m. and is 21+. A General Admission ticket grants access to the event, but drinks are not included. Purchasing an Open Bar ticket provides access to the Open Bar from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Dress to impress: Semi-formal, Festive Attire or Smart Casual is encouraged. Please note that this is a House music genre New Year’s Eve event.

• Purchaser Policy: All sales are final; no refunds. The event is rain or shine and will not be postponed if inclement weather should arise. Prices, details, and lineup are subject to change. If this event is canceled for any reason, you will be refunded.

• Video Consent & Release: Effective as of the time a ticket is purchased, approval for past use and permission for present and future use is being granted to the event organizer, to use pictures, videos, and voice recordings of an event attendee (the “recorded party”). The event attendee is an adult and fully authorizes this Consent and Release by purchasing a ticket. Said event attendee grants the event organizer, its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively, the “Released Party”) all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use, and publish the recorded images or video, and/or voice of the event attendee that has been (or is being) obtained under this Consent and Release. The Image, Video, and/or Voice may be copyrighted, used, and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography, video works, and recordings, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, and public broadcast) for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.
