NYE 2025 New Years Fireworks Boat Cruise on San Francisco Bay – San Francisco, CA

RAISE A TOAST TO 2025 ON SAN FRANCISCO BAY this New Year’s Eve with your family, friends and other guests and get that private boat fun experience aboard our 65ft modern sailboat. You can board the boat in San Francisco or beat the city crowds and board the boat at Marina Bay Yacht Harbor (Richmond).
Enjoy a relaxing cruise of the San Francisco city waterfront and the Bay islands – Alcatraz, Angel Island and Tiburon heading out to the Golden Gate bridge aboard the Derek M. Baylis. Then prepare to get close to the action to enjoy the famous San Francisco NYE fireworks show from the water!

What to Expect: This is our most famous event of the year, so we make it special with great trays of excellent hors d’oevres, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and water – freeing you up to relax, to enjoy the company and marvel at the world-famous San Francisco Bay fireworks show.
NOTE: Everyone will be carded. Consumption of alcohol under 21 is not allowed.

When: December 31st, 2024 – January 1st, 2025

Time: Pick-up: 9:30 pm at the Bike Hut, Pier 40
Drop off: After the Fireworks at the Bike Hut, Pier 40.

There are 4 ticket prices. All are for the same package, but if you sign up early the price is lower.

In case you do not know: Your ticket for the cruise on the SRV Derek M. Baylis, goes towards supporting the cost of doing sustainable marine research along the California coast, as well as the education of youths in the marine sciences and the challenges facing the oceans. FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age to come on the sail, but you must be 21 years old to drink alcohol. This is a California state requirement and we enforce it or we lose our license.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are a few parking garages nearby, but we suggest coming by public transportation or ride share.

Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, anyone who is holding a paid ticket – printed or eletronic – can board the boat

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes – see above.

FAQs

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds after December 5th, 2024 and 10% of your ticket price is non-refundable. We have no control over the San Francisco Fireworks, so we do not refund tickets if the Fireworks show is cancelled.
