New Year’s Eve Dinner – Dining in ‘Style’ – West Des Moines, IA

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in speakeasy style with an unforgettable four-course dinner presented by BeerStyles and Revelton Distillery, featuring the inspired flavors of Revelton’s creations and special guest, Shawn ClarkWilt from Revelton.

Guests are invited, but not required, to join us for an optional cocktail hour at 5pm. Dinner will begin at 6pm, kicking off the evening with passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome glass of sparkling wine (included in the ticket price). During the cocktail hour, a menu of Revelton Distillery cocktails, as well as wine and beer, will be available for purchase.

• Passed Hors D’oeuvres with a Welcome Glass of Sparkling Wine
• 1st Course: Apple Soup with Roquefort Croutons
• 2nd Course: Duck à l’Orange, Fennel, Greens, Bacon, and Parmesan OR (Vegetarian Option) Frisée Salad with Seasonal Vegetables, Charred Citrus, Radish, Cucumber, Bok Choy, Asparagus, Pear, Fennel, and Feta
• 3rd Course: Beef Wellington with Carrots, Potatoes, Mushrooms, and a Demi-Glace
  OR (Vegetarian Option) Vegetarian Pot Pie
• 4th Course: Molten Chocolate Cake with Cherry, Black Sesame Ice Cream, and White Chocolate

Limited seats are available! Each ticket is limited to one person. Dinner prices are inclusive of the menu above ($100/person + $20 auto-gratuity). Beverages are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased during the event.
