7-8 PM: Cocktail Hour

• Passed Hors d’oeuvres: Pork & Shrimp Potstickers, Wagyu Beef Tartare with Ponzu, Chive, and Wonton Chip, Teriyaki Chicken Yaki Tori
• Display Stations: Hummus Vegetable Platters with rice crackers and grilled bread, and Chef’s Choice Sushi Boats with Nigiri, Sashimi, and Maki Rolls

8-10 PM: 5-Course Dinner

• First Course: Lobster Bisque with Yuzu Crème, Black Caviar, Wonton Strips
• Second Course: Sugar Snap Pea Salad with Red Pepper, Daikon Radish, Sweet Honey Soy Vinaigrette
