What is Ecstatic Dancing? Ecstatic dancing is a form of free-form, spontaneous movement and expression that goes beyond structured dance routines. Let go of expectations, let go of any thoughts of how you’re supposed to look dancing, and just feel the music. Allow yourself to move to your own rhythm. We will be playing all types of music, including techno, house, reggaeton, dancehall, tribal, salsa, and even a special People’s Choice Playlist where you can contribute to the music that will play at the event!

Benefits of ecstatic dancing include self-expression, stress relief, physical exercise, mind-body connection, joy, spiritual exploration, and emotional release.

We invite everyone to join us from the beginning until the dancing kicks off because we believe in fostering connections among all participants.
