Arrive at seven o’clock (Ball Entrance with Dinner) to enjoy our North End-themed dinner stations** and tasty dessert treats or stop by after nine o’clock (Ball Entrance) for Tuscan inspired hors-d’oeuvres. Cocktails, beer, and wine will be available for purchase from the cash bars throughout the Westin grand ballroom.

There will be a coat check

Event Setup

The event is set up as a cocktail reception with limited seating and ample room for dancing. The Grand Ballroom will open after 9pm with limited seating unless reserved in advance.

Dinner Seating

The Back Bay Ball has ample seating available on a first come, first serve basis. Dinner seating will take place in a section of the Grand Ballroom. All guests will be seated at tables of 10 with other event guests. Requests to seat with other dinner guests are welcomed!
