As we stand on the cusp of a new year, join us for a transformative evening designed to honor the past and embrace the future. This New Year’s Eve workshop invites you to engage in heartfelt reflection and energy alchemy through a blend of yoga, dance, breathwork, and sound healing.

We’ll kick off the celebration with light breathwork and guided intention-setting exercises, allowing you to release what no longer serves you while illuminating the aspirations you wish to carry into the coming year. Through mindful journaling and reflection, you’ll craft a foundation for a fulfilling journey ahead.

Next, connect deeply with your body and breath through a few gentle yoga postures, helping to open your heart and release stuck emotions. Following this, let loose in a vibrant, liberating dance party set to a transformative 528Hz frequency, designed to help you shake off the stresses of the past year and embrace joy and freedom.

As the evening draws to a close, settle into the soothing embrace of a sound bath featuring crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The restorative vibrations will guide you into a meditative state, embedding your intentions deeply within your subconscious, leaving you calm and centered as you welcome the New Year.
