Welcome to the **2025 New Year’s Eve at Ramen Shop featuring St George Spirits** event! Get ready to ring in the new year with delicious ramen and craft spirits from St George. Join us on **Tue Dec 31 2024** starting at **6:00 PM** at Ramen Shop for a night of celebration and fun. Let’s toast to new beginnings and good times ahead. Don’t miss out on this special event – mark your calendars now!

First seating includes a 7 course tasting menu and drink. Second seating includes the 6 course tasting menu and unlimited sparkling wine and punch.

Namasu pickles

-pickled carrot and daikon with oro blanco, satsuma, and mint

-Oysters on the half shell with yuzu shallot mignonette 

-Hiyayakko with Joodooboo tofu, sesame, scallion, soy, and hanakatsuo 

-Crab sticky rice with lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, matsutake mushroom, and scallion

-Fried kakiage with carrot, jalapeño, cilantro, swiss chard, scallions, ginger, and fermented crab chili sauce                                

-Scallop shio ramen with tokyo negi, matsutake mushrooms, shio cured egg, and mitsuba
