Join Vera, a professional vocalist, musician, certified sound meditation designer, and certified clinical hypnotherapist, for a deeply transformative multi-sensory healing journey. Vera combines her expertise in guided meditation, hypnosis, and breathwork with a rich array of instruments, including crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong, drums, guitar, and piano. Her angelic voice and unique blend of sound-healing, shamanic practices, kirtan, and original songs create a powerful experience that will envelop and elevate your spirit.

In this immersive session, we’ll begin with a grounding meditation before moving into active breathwork designed to release tension and prepare you for a deeper sound healing experience.  As you journey into sound, the soothing vibrations will guide you into a state of homeostasis, where your body and mind can access their natural healing potential. Be prepared to relax, remove emotional blocks, gain new perspectives, and enter a serene realm of peace and ease.

How to Prepare:
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and your intention (yoga mat rentals available for $5). You can also bring an eye mask for a more intimate experience.
