Dive deep into the sound waves as I honor the recent change of the season into Winter

As we gather in the darkness at the start of winter, we can find a moment of profound stillness as we honor the longest night of the year, the winter solstice. This solstice is a powerful time to let go of that which no longer serves you, opening up space to receive the healing vibrations of this sound journey. Join me in this magical space where we will explore the inner worlds of our mind while deeply relaxing the body as the sounds and vibrations lower the brainwaves into the dream like or sleep states.

A crystal pyramid, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Grotta Senora gong, drums and chimes will be flowing together in hypnotic sequences, building up sonic fractals that move energy through the body.

The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
