39th Annual Holiday Meal – Davis, CA

Don’t miss this upcoming Local Event in Davis, CA. Happening on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at Veterans Memorial Center. Doors open at 3:00 PM.

Join us for the Davis Food Co-op’s Annual Holiday Meal and help support if you are able!

Whether you’re a small family, couple, or solo, we don’t want you to feel alone this Christmas. Join us for a warm meal, community, and connection.

The Co-op has hosted the Christmas Eve Holiday Meal every year since 1985. The first meal was started by employees of the Co-op, whose families wouldn’t take them in. Seeing that others in our community also had nowhere to go for the holidays, they organized a meal for any and all to attend. The event continued into a community wide effort to provide a family meal for the community, at no cost to the attendees. This year, we hope to host anywhere between 400-500 people.

If you are able, please also consider helping with a donation or by volunteering. Your support is what makes the wonderful holiday tradition possible. If you are not able to, no worries! Join at 3pm, no tickets necessary.

Donations & Volunteering

Your donation will help us to serve hundreds of people a warm meal this Christmas Eve. As a donor, your name will be listed in our event advertising and on displays at the meal itself.
